Please note:
  • Capacity at the conference is limited—besides the organisers and invited speakers, there are only about ~45 places available. Registration will be handled on a first come, first served basis. 
  • Up to 6 places are reserved for Bachelor and Masters students.
  • We have pre-booked twin, single, and family rooms. Most participants will be allocated to a twin room. You can indicate a specific roommate in the comment. If you require a single or family room, please indicate it in the comments. 
 
Registration deadline: 5 May 2022 (or as soon as we run out of capacity).
 
Registration fee: 
  • Bachelor or Masters students: CHF 150
  • Academics (including PhD students and postdocs): CHF 500
  • Industry CHF 1200
 
The registration fee covers: 
  • Participation in the conference.
  • Accommodation.
  • All meals from dinner on Sunday 26 June to lunch on Thursday 30 June.
  • Coffee breaks.

 

Cancellation policy:
  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • If you cancel between 14 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel after this period, no refund will be possible.
